Shipping Within the UK

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 2-5 business days.

Courier Service

We partner with Evri (formerly known as Hermes) to deliver your UK orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping Cost

Our Shipping costs £3.49 standard shipping, Free on orders over £50.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or inclement weather.

Shipping to France

We’re excited to offer delivery to customers in France.

Delivery Method

Orders are shipped using Evri International.

Shipping Cost

A flat rate of £10.00 GBP, shown at checkout.

Customs, VAT & Handling Fees

To make your experience smooth and hassle-free, we ship to France on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:

  • We cover French VAT and customs processing fees
  • You pay nothing on delivery
  • There are no surprise charges or delays

Delivery Time

Typically 3–11 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Confirmation Email: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • Dispatch Notification: We’ll send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Tracking Your Order: Enter your tracking number on the Evri website to follow your parcel’s journey.

We’re working on bringing P’tit Affair to more customers worldwide. First stop: more countries within the European Union, followed by the United States.

Brexit has made international shipping trickier for small businesses like ours, but we’re committed to finding the best solutions.
