The Saudade Tote Bag is a unique item crafted with care and attention to detail. As a small independent brand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for this product unless it is faulty. We kindly ask you to review all product information and specifications carefully before making your purchase.
Quality Assurance
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your tote bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. To assist you promptly, please provide:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns for Other Items (Clothing Collection)
Once our clothing collection launches, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Order Confirmation
Please ensure all details, including your shipping address and item selection, are correct before finalising your purchase. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
Refund Process
If a return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
