The Proof Is in the Pudding! Performance Does Matter in Petite Fashion
The dress in this photo is our midi dress prototype. Almost final, bar some details such as lining.
After a standard wash, I hung it out to dry next to a T-shirt from a well-known premium brand. Same wash, same line, same weather.
The result?
The T-shirt is wrinkled, limp, and in serious need of ironing.
The dress looks fresh, crisp, and ready to wear again.
Moments like this are why we obsess over fabric choices. Because performance matters, especially when you’re a busy woman on the go.
Performance Isn’t Just a Nice-to-Have
We talk a lot about fit, cut, and proportion. And for good reason, as those things are certainly foundational.
But what we don’t talk about enough is what happens after you wear and wash a piece of clothes.

There’s a lot of pressure to go 100% organic. And in some cases, that works.
But during our testing, we found that organic fibres alone didn’t always perform the way busy women need them to.
So we made a conscious decision to use a combination of organic and recycled materials.
